Idly upma

Idly upma ingredients:

1. Idly -4
2. Onion - 1 chopped
3. Green chillies – 3
4. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
5. Urad dal - ½ tsp
6. Channa dal - ½ tsp
7. Coriander leaves – few
8. Oil – 1 tsp
9. Salt – to taste

Preparation:

Take a kadai and heat with 1 tsp of oil.

Then add mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal.

Fry for a while till it turns golden brown colour.

Then add chopped onion and chopped green chillies.

Fry for a while till it turns into golden brown colour.

Now add the crumbled idly and salt.

Then add coriander leaves and remove from the stove.

Now you’re idly upma is ready.

Serve with coconut chutney or pickle.
